Appointments
Appointments may be conveniently booked online and allows you to easily view our current availability and choose the appointment that works best for you. If your preferred day or time is unavailable, you're welcome to join our waitlist through and you'll be notified of any cancellations.
New Client Intake Forms
Please complete your new client intake form prior to your first appointment so we can thoughtfully prepare for your session. New clients are encouraged to complete forms at least 24 hours in advance or arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete them before their appointment.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Booking Policies
To help us provide a smooth and relaxing experience for every client, please review the following policies before your appointment.
Payment
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $35 late cancellation fee.
Sick Policy
Your health and the well-being of our clients are important to us. If you or someone in your household has been sick within the 3 days prior to your appointment, please contact us to reschedule. We appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the appointments scheduled after yours. The full service price will still apply.
No-Shows
Appointments missed without notice are considered a no-show and will be subject to a $35 no-show fee.

Cancellations
We want your experience to feel easy from beginning to end. Hands of a Healer accepts cash, debit, and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For cash payments, we kindly ask that you bring the exact amount, as change is not kept on-site.
